Zoey’s Sweet Success

Four-year old Zoey Vega celebrated the end of her five month chemotherapy treatement at UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center with her parents and cancer care team. She was all smiles with pink frosting smeared on her lips during the “End of Therapy” party. Keaton Raphael Memorial partners with UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center to make End of Therapy celebrations possible for all children once they complete their treatment. KRM partners with local community members and organizations to provide each child’s favorite treats, such as cupcakes, cake or pizza. The youngsters also receive customized gifts during their celebration. Find out what Zoey wanted at her celebration by reading the full story at:  http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/welcome/features/2014-2015/12/20141217_cancer-eot-party.html
