Big Day of Giving ~ May 7th, 2020

Give Where Your Heart Is ~ Big Day of Giving

The 7th annual Big Day of Giving is Thursday, May 7th.  This 24-hour charitable giving challenge is an opportunity to give where your heart is by helping support children and their families in our community who are battling childhood cancer.

We have another opportunity to increase the impact of your donation, thanks to a generous donation by the Lyon Cares Foundation.  The first $5,000 donated to Keaton’s on the Big Day of Giving will be matched 2:1 through this grant.

Your Donation Makes A Difference

In order to increase their chance of survival, children with cancer must continue to receive chemotherapy, radiation, bone marrow and stem cell transplants, all of which cause them to be immunocompromised.  These local children and their families need us now more than ever.  Big Day of Giving is a chance to unify the community’s support and impact Keaton’s families in a significant way on ONE DAY!

Cancer Does Not Stop & Neither Will We

Cancer does not stop and neither will we. With our unified efforts, we will continue to provide HOPE and STRENGTH by addressing each family’s unique needs.

We invite you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn more about how we continue to support families.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Every 3 minutes, a family’s life is turned upside down when they hear the four devastating words, “Your child has cancer.” At Keaton’s Child Cancer Alliance, we believe that every child deserves a fighting chance – and you can help make that a reality.

This month, we honor brave young warriors, remember our precious Angels, and stand with families fighting childhood cancer today. From fundraising events to volunteer opportunities, there’s a way for everyone to join this mission of hope.

Together, let’s Glow Gold and remind every family: you are not alone in this journey. This September, we shine a light of awareness, love, and unwavering support for every child and family facing childhood cancer.
