Hope, Strength, and Healing for families coping with a child cancer diagnosis

Meet Keaton’s Kiddo Ryder

Meet 10-year-old Keaton’s Kiddo Ryder. Ryder loves rainbow colors and art. Ryder began her journey on December 12th, 2019 after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system. Primarily supported by her amazing mother, Ryder is currently receiving weekly follow-up appointments at her local treatment hospital. To support her family’s 3+ hours round trip commutes for scans and check-ups, the Keaton’s team has provided travel solutions as well as other emotional and financial support.

Over the years, we have enjoyed seeing sweet Ryder at our family events where she has enjoyed just being a kid. Recently, she and her mom joined us at our annual Holly Jolly event and received joy-filled experiences through our Holiday Adopt-A-Family Program. Thanks to our partnership with Walmart E-Commerce, Ryder also received a special Build-A-Bear, which she named Candy.

Thank you to Ryder and her mother, Claire, for allowing our team at Keaton’s to share our support. We look forward to continued connections, phone calls, and services as she and her family navigate their journey.
