Did you know? Each year in the U.S. approximately 15,780 children between the ages of birth and 19 years of age are diagnosed with cancer. Of that, over 800 parents throughout Northern California will hear the words, “Your child has cancer”.
Childhood cancer occurs regularly, randomly, and does not discriminate by ethnic group, socioeconomic class, or geographic region.
That’s why every September we take time to raise awareness & spread the word about childhood cancer.
