GOAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

To help each golfer and vendor have a great experience & to support local children with cancer.<\/p>\n

VOLUNTEER ATTIRE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes<\/li>\n
  • Casual attire is preferred {90+ deg weather} with a colored shirt or blouse {khakis are great!}<\/li>\n
  • No jeans<\/li>\n
  • Wear sunblock and\/or a hat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    EVENT TIMELINE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    • 7:30AM -GOLFERS BEGIN TO ARRIVE<\/li>\n
    • 8AM – 9AM-BREAKFAST AND BLOODY MARY\u2019S SERVED<\/li>\n
    • 9AM START TIME [2 TEAMS ON EACH HOLE BEGIN GOLFING AT THE SAME TIME ON ALL OF THE HOLES]<\/li>\n
    • 2:00PM – 2:30PM GOLF ENDS AND GOLFERS START COMING OFF COURSE<\/li>\n
    • 2:00PM – 3:00PM GOLF DRIVE-THRU EXIT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      VOLUNTEER TASKS\/INFO<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      Once the golfers arrive they will be directed to the registration tables, unless they have pre-registered, then they can go directly to the golf staff for their cart assignment.<\/p>\n

      Be available and ready for any task.\u00a0 You may be pre-assigned a specific job, but this event is fluid and moves quickly, so please be flexible on your position.<\/p>\n

      Golf Carts are limited, so please only use an assigned cart and pull the key when you park but are not finished using the cart, so it does not disappear!<\/p>\n

      AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY THE GOLFERS<\/strong>:\u00a0 The Ultimate golfer raffle package {$100}, On Course Package {$30} Includes Mulligans, Golf Ball Cannon, pro hit, and the Fund-a-Family opportunity where they will compete for the most giving golf cart {twosome}.\u00a0 Everything else is included in their golfer entry fee\/sponsorship.<\/p>\n

      We will take pre-orders for their lunch choice to be picked up from La Casita when they pass the shack between hole #9 & #10.\u00a0 Golfers will pass from both directions.\u00a0 A hosted cocktail will also be available there.\u00a0 Tubs of beer, soda, and water will be placed on every 3rd hole on course.<\/p>\n

        VOLUNTEER FOOD AND DRINKS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

        • We will have cold drinks available in the morning.<\/li>\n
        • Lunch will be provided with drinks and snacks throughout the day.<\/li>\n
        • Please use the volunteer lounge {conference room} for eating and resting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
