For 844 days, Charlie held onto that hope<\/h5>

” I remember the first time Charlie was allowed to leave his hospital room in August of 2023. He stopped in the hallway and saw the bell hanging on the wall. He stared at it in awe, and in that moment, he knew one day it would be his turn. From then on, he talked about that bell constantly – asking when he would be able to ring it, imagining the day, and longing for it with his whole heart.<\/p>

So many times, I caught him watching videos of other kids ringing the bell – some who had finished treatment, others fighting alongside him. He would sit quietly, eyes locked on the screen, absorbing every celebration like it was fuel for his own dream. For 844 days, he held onto that hope. For 844 days, he dreamed of his three rings.<\/p>

The worry-filled days, the nights spent praying for strength, the moments where hope was the only thing we could cling to – it all led here. So when Charlie finally rang the victory bell after completing high-risk treatment for B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, every emotion we carried came rushing out at once.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
